I have been downloading your CR series and using it to good effect. It is very helpful to be accompanied and guided; it gives structure to a practice that I have found difficult to integrate into my daily life, in spite of its simplicity, and I greatly appreciate your clear, direct approach.

The cumulative effect of doing Constructive Rest everyday with our audio guides may surprise . . . even delight you.
First thing in the morning and every other day, do Constructive Rest with the audio guide. On alternate days, do CR on your own without the guide, just be still and quiet for 20 minutes. Follow this sequence:

And three or four nights per week, listen to Sleep Constellations as you settle into bed.
When traveling take along and listen to Constructive Rest On Airplanes. Works great on airplanes, buses, trains, or as a passenger in an automobile!
